The Gradient tool is found in the Toolbox on the right side of the screen, as shown in Figure , as well as under the Tools option on the flyout menu on the right side of the screen. The Gradient tool allows you to change the value of colors from a gradient or manually choose each color in the gradient. You can also change the amount of gray in the gradient by dragging the cursor from light to dark, or you can simply use the Fill option under the Gradient menu.

We show that a set of amyloid-specific peptides displaying amyloid-relevant conformational properties does not necessarily crosslink all amyloid aggregates.
Our data suggest that the motifs in preformed amyloid fibrils provide a specific pattern of amino acid residues which is responsible for the specific features of the crosslinks. We present two novel crosslinking peptides. The characteristic preference of certain crosslinks allows for a differentiation between different amyloid species.
The set of amyloid-specific crosslinking peptides presented here provides an important tool for structural studies of amyloid aggregates and can potentially help to study and identify amyloid polymorphism. The software is currently available on Mac and Windows. According to Adobe, the new version does not only change in the UI.
